Now, looking at the title of this entry you might be wondering, "What's so different from Filipino Barbeque and other country's barbeque?"
Well lemme start with the fact that we grill pig's blood which is pretty good. We also love "isaw" which is also known as chicken intestine on a stick coated with sauces. We also have others like pork with fat on it and meat.
We also grill chicken feet and their heads. And once cooked you get to choose what flavor of sauce of have with it, you can even eat it with rice.
This all may sound weird and strange but in all honesty these are good and I recommend trying them out when you visit the Philippines.
